How I Started:
Have always been an athelete. I began wrestling at a very early age and competed and trained year round until my 20's. Began lifting in my 20's and have always found the gym at least three times a week.
Began serious training a year ago, 6-7 days a week, but was hampered by a slight injury that kept me from going 100%.
Hit full stride a couple of months ago and feel better than ever, I am now seeing better results after much hard work.
Why I Love It:
Being the best that I can be and having the internal satisfaction of knowing, after a great training session, that I probably just performed at a higher level than most even dream of!
How I Stay Motivated:
Competeing against myself to feel better than ever and seeing others on Body Space.

Always an athelete, I thought I was in great shape all of my life, finding out I am in better shape now and getting better in my 40's and looking to improve. Increasing strength, mass, and overall fitness level while keping at target BF level.

Interesting thing happened a couple of days ago. I was in a remote Bahaman Island for the last 7 days, no gym, rand and did some standard push ups, sit ups, etc., but my main concern was my diet. Went and provisioned the first day and ate relatively like I do on any given day, but ran out...
