How I Started:
Having earned a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science I applied its laws to myself in the summer of 2005 with tremendous success. I lost 35lbs (225lbs to 195lbs) using competition as a motivator. I became sidetracked however when life dealt me some lemons. I'm back with a venegance so CONSIDER IT DONE! Kami is back!
Why I Love It:
It's quite invigorating, liberating, and empowerful.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep all of my stats in a journal which I update daily. I use this to guage my progress. My frustration with current weight and its limitations also motivate me. I am currently 226.5 lbs at 5'4".
BB Accomplishments:
My first major weight loss in 2005 and my upcoming accomplishments in Fall 2007 and Spring 2008. More to come!

I will decrease my body fat and increase my lean body mass. My ultimate goal is to compete in figure competitions.
Goal (Long):
I will lose 100lbs of fat by June 2008 so that I can: L-I-V-E!!! Purchase any outfit I so desire without hesitation! Wear heeled shoes carefreely! Maintain flawless skin all around! Release my current skin allergies! Be a flawless maid of honor for August 18, 2008! See my best self through to fruition! Finally check this goal off of my to do list! Get back to the core of myself- fat can be a major distraction! Dance my life away! Teach others what I've learned as well as earn extra income!

Hey !! how are ya!! no real recipes - I just add alot of spices to the food to make not taste so bad -- DawnMelanie has some good recipes if you want to try her >^..^<
