Starting to workout with a few friends, starting more heavy weights this week.

Made spin class and bodypump 3 times this week, next week I will start back on heavy lifting but keep up the spin.

Working hard on endurance and strength, less on size. Spin class and bodypump 3 times a week, some heavy weights thrown in.
