I want to see some definition in my chest,arms and abs again.
Goal (Long):
I want to feel comfortable in my shorts at the beach and i want people to admire my physique. I have tried and failed so many times to get BACK into shape but this time it has to happen.
Yes, July went ok. I came in a little heavy, the cut was 198 and I came in at 204. Had to go as a heavy weight. Give me a idea of what you are doing/ eating now?

Slowly eliminate as much processed foods that you can. The more natural it is, the better for your body. No more High Fructose Corn Syrup, no more high sugar foods, 'enriched/bleached' wheat, no more high saturated fat foods, less added preservatives in foods. Start by moderating your foods. I started by cutting ALL of my servings in half. This was with what I was regularly eating. Took some time, and it hurt, but worth it. This is not easy, anyone who tells you different is lying.
Correction: I took a LONG time to get into shape. Look at the dates on my progress pics. It takes time to get where ya want to be. There is no quick or easy way to do it. It takes hard work and commitment. Knowledge and LOTS of patience. As far as eating, slowly eliminate all the sh*t food from your diet. This is a hard process, but as time progresses, you'll find it easier and cravings will drop.
the diet that I use is only for contest prep and for only 16 weeks. any longer, I would go crazy and my wife would kill me. It’s pretty extreme but its just temporary pain.
