Background
In 2007 I got serious about diet and exercise and lost 35lbs, I also dropped my body fat from 29% to 23%. I lost ground in 2008 recovering from a hip replacement.
My time in the gym is magic, time to think, sweat, clear your head, and change your body.

I have never been able to do this in the past. But I am doing much more cardio, with a good now hip, and my diet is much more consistent. I am also much more disciplined.
When I have tried to lose weight in the past, my weight bounced up and down coming down on average but very slow. My last successful weight loss cycle in 2007, i lost .5lbs on average per week for a year. It did add up to losing 30lbs, but painfully sl
