i want to add weight, and become very powerful, this will be awesome.
tuesday: rest
wednesday: legs/calves/lower back
thursday: rest
Friday:forearms/biceps/triceps/abd s/pecs/lats/uper back

i try to train to failure each time and i somtimes perform supersets which are brilliant for gaining...
if you want to try HIT i suggest you let your body recover from anything you might have been doing recently (volume training, ect.)
i stopped lifting for two weeks basically to make sure i was fresh for HIT. just a thought man.
MrHurtMonger thinks he's bad. Taikwndo is not a real mans sport. It is not practical for street fighting - there is no stamina,endurance, or ability to take constant hard hits involved. Boxing wins outright.
