Got a test tommorow, sooooo, Ill be studying a good part of the night, however I will do cardio, shooting for 13 minutes

Bumped my bench and all upper body exercises 10 pounds this week, repped 190 6 times, oooh yeah baby!!!

8 minutes out of a 20 minute goal for my cardio interval, whoo hoo baby thats 3 more min than last time

tried 1/2 a scoop of superpump 250, not really sure but felt great in the gym really focused.
