Overall Goal: I love to compete, and stay active, so I would say a goal I have is to compete in at least one show, but my ultimate goal is to someday tie this fitness and sports love I have to my love for technology and what I have learned about computers.

When I Started:
Apr, 2009
How I Started:
Well, I played some football and ran track when I was a kid, so my pops bought me some of those old concrete filled weights and a bench. I used to crank the old boom box up with some eric b and rakim, and have some really intense workouts. Of course Arnold, Lou Ferrigno, and Lee Haney were my inspiration back then I loved it instantly, and I have worked out pretty much since then off and on.
Why I Love It:
I like the way I feel when Im strong, and that strength spills over into every area of your life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am very organized, and a bit of a self proclaimed gadget weenie. I like gadgets, phones, computers, stereos, electronics in general. I pretty much chart my progress on my smartphone in the gym, and its amazing to see how the numbers dont lie. If you go to the gym and increase your numbers, you will see results, at least when it comes to working out. How to tie the nutrition in with the techy in me.....well I'm still working on that one:)
BB Accomplishments:
I met Ronnie Coleman once. He was as wide from back to chest as he was from shoulder to shoulder. Insane, but a very nice guy. Contests.....to be continued

Goal (Long):
I am going to be stationed in Bahrain over the next year, and I intend to lift like crazy, cut down 20 pounds, and improve my overall flexibility, and strength. I am a NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, so I am very interested in continuing to learn how to make the body perform at its very best, through nutrition, resistance training and a thorough stretching program. I will be the guinea pig. Oh yeah I want to get my personal trainer cert through NASM as well, and start a business, but I've got to look the part, and thats gonna take some work beating those weights in the gym.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
10%

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Weightlifting is pretty safe if you have a proper spot, but.... as i found out when I was kid you get too much weight up over your face on a bench press all alone in the garage and you might crush your neck, wheewww roll it down your chest on top of your junk and try to sit up, what you know you been there.Weightlifting is pretty safe if you have a proper spot, but.... as i found out when I was kid you get too much weight up over your face on a bench press all alone in the garage and you might crush you...more

Why I like this video: Im not a woman hater by any means, but you gotta admit that Arnold was straight up hard in this role, and he looked great, I watch this before I do legs sometimes, it gets my mind right. The dudes biceps were incredible
Well right now I am riding high, cardio is going well, and I am making some astounding number gains in the gym, I think in a year after leaving Bahrain I will be most beasty. Working with the superpump 250 and size on right now, gonna try them for a month, get on a good multi, and the ON...

Thanks for the compliments man. BCAA's basically help muscle growth. I was taking them before and after workout. The two supplements that have worked the best for me are Creatine Monohydrate and Whey. Keep up the intensity and great work. Tom
Thanks for the nice words:) Tell your friend to be patient, I didn't spring back until over a year after my daughter, I breast fed for 7 months and had lots to do with a young baby. She shouldn't rush it, her baby is more important right now..but Eating healthy and taking baby for lots of walks is a great start:)
