Overall Goal: While there is no "Gain Strength" Option, Gaining Muscle would imply this. Ideally, I'd like to pack as much of a punch as I can at 180lbs, while maintaining a 10% body fat level.
Fit Status:
Just about to start up a solid 3 month phase...schools out, motivation and focus are in, and big things are coming

When I Started:
Sep, 2004
How I Started:
Essentially, began by fooling around with my father's weights in the basement. Began seriously working out in the Fall of 2005, after successfully dropping 65lbs the semester before as a result of a Grade 10 phys. ed. class. While competing in provincial track and field, began to take working out and fitness more seriously.
Why I Love It:
I am no longer the "fat kid", it is a great stress reliever, it makes me feel alive, and it allows me to explore my body and discover that I can do things I never thought my body could possibly accomplish
How I Stay Motivated:
I find motivations on a daily basis...but the largest has to be the fact that I was once a fat kid...I never want to go back to that.
BB Accomplishments:
Grade 10: Went from 5'7 230lbs to 5'10 165lbs.

Goal (Long):
Currently standing 6'0 at 175 lbs., with a body fat percentage of roughly 10-11%, I wish to achieve a body weight of no more than 180lbs with a clean amount of body fat, essentially 10% or less, but ideally 7-9%. I feel as though my frame as well as my build will be able to facilitate this goal. By achieving this build, I also hope to accomplish my secondary goal of increasing my strength, essentially optimizing my strength level for my build.
Truly an exceptional example of just how fit one can get while maintaining a natural course towards their wellness. Exile-swede has attained a fitness level that will constantly remind me just how far I can go if I push myself.
He leads the Super Human team and as it's leader, he inspires me not only to push myself to the limits, but also reminds me that its not impossible to become close to that out of my childhood comic book fantasy!

Hello Bodyspace! I'mmmmm backkkkk, and I'm glad to be. School is out and with grades being solid, I'm glad I put the work in there while I may have had to sacrifice some lifting at the gym. Summer is around the corner and that means new found motivation. Motivation for me has never been...
Vitals updated...the original numbers were guestimations and DIY body fat measurements. My deadlift is blank due to an injury and therefore cannot give an accurate number. My squat should be higher as I am currently squatting 195 @ 20 reps...increasing weight gradually over the next 6 months. I hope to add at least 100lbs to my squat in that time...if not more.
