(Split body circuit)... upperbody= 3 exercises each bodypart with no rest period in between. 20 min interval cardio session with H.R at 55percent...48 hours off for upperbody..
Lowerbody cicuit same thing with only a 10 min cardio session with H.R at 55 percent.. 48 hours off for lower body.. and i rotate it i'm working lowerbody while upperbody is recuperating and vice versa.... |
