My goal for this off season is to gain more muscle for next seasons show.
Goal (Long):
I just finished competing in our local show. I competed as a light-middleweight (170 lbs.) I would like to gain 5-10 lbs. of muscle this off season to compete again next year at a weight of about 175-180 lbs.
I have been training hard now with the help of my trainer. The workouts have been killer and the pumps are unreal. My muscles are starting to really fill out again after my 6 month cutting phase. It feels awesome to feel somewhat big again, the shirtsleeves are filling out again, etc.
impressive work man - your shoulder are HUGE - very strong point for you for sure - so how much you love doing the shows - hear nothing else like it - i am pretty siked for my 1st
Congrats on the recent shows placing 2nd in both. I am preparing for my first show Aug. 11. Good luck in the offseason on your mass program. Remember what Ronnie says, "Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder but ain't nobody wanna lift no heavy ass weight!" Go Big or Go Home!
