well ive always like sports and i think it makes you look so much better when your fit and muscular so basically for all you ladies becouse i need a body my to look even better and for the sport i love football or known to most of you as soccer

I WANT TO GAIN SIZE IN MY CHEST, MAKE IT MORE ROUNDED THAN IT IS SO THE WHOILE OF THE CHEST POKES OUT SO I NEED TO BUILD UP THE INNER AND UPPER CHEST MORE AND IMPROVE THE LOWER SO MY CHEST REALLY COMES OUT FROM MY BODY AND ALSO I WANT TO LOSE SOME MORE FAT SO MY ABS SHOW MORE BUT I REALLY WANT TO BUILD ON MY OBLIQUES AND I WANT TO GAIN BICEP SIZE AND TRICEP ALSO IMPROVE ON MY BACK CUZ IT NEEDS BULKING UP AND DO THIS BY SUMMER 2009 SO WHEN I HIT THE HOLIDAY BEACHES AND GO TO COLLEGE THE LADIES GO WILD LOL , im gonna do all this and much more without the help of things like supplements just stricly with my own dedication and diet
as i have always been very slim and skinny now i have started to develop mucle i want to furthur this and gain a whole lot more to improve the strength fitness and look of my body but it will be hard as i want to lose body fat on my stomach to improve my abs but i also need to gain weight as im very slim????

erm depends celebrities, alot of them have nice bodies when there paid to have one for a character, but i suppose out of any celeb i could choose a footballer so cristiano ronaldo
ive put up some new progress pictures thought i havent been doing much or keepin decicated there is a visible difference but im soon gonna sign up to fitness first when i get some money
i would if i had my own computer but unfortunatly my roommates specifically told me not to download anything. if i did i wouldnt be able to get on unless i went to a library lol

Thank you :) I think you already look great! You are very lean which definitely shows off your definition. Are you going for more mass? Eat clean, lift hard, be consistent, and stay motivated and you will get what you're after (age is on your side....take advantage of that).

Just make sure you're getting enough protein...let me check something...brb...ok you don't have your height or weight listed or even ur age but I DO see that u wanna build so 40g of protein per meal may not be a bad place to start...EAT EAT EAT and REST...and of course train HARD and HEAVY...Low reps/high intensity...and EAT!!!
