hey bro how are ya? I am good .. took some time off from the gym to deal with life. I am back at it this week . throwing swimming in the mix with running and lifting , still gunning for 8-10 bf as soon as possible.

I am doing good . had some serious life set backs in the last few months but i am recovering . lifting has been my saving grace the one thing that stays the same when life is nuts . i am getting closer to my goals (put pics up recently check em out comments welcome). sorry i fell off the map . how are ya ?

My swiss ball :( I was just doing weights, I was just about to do triceps, I have to use a swiss ball cause I'm doing bench stuff, a nail is popping out my bed, guess what happens? I'm using weights and the ball rolls into the nail, it pops. I fall flat on my ass with weights in my hand, if I had moved backwards with the weights like I was gonna, I could have died. It's not funny :(
