My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

It does not matter which workout program you pick...just actually do it.

There are so many great programs out there that promise (and actually really could) deliver the workout results that we all look for. The only problem is that we don't complete or follow through on the program's specified schedule or exercises. My philosophy is simple...just pick something and do it to completion!! If you don't get the result that you are looking for...find another program that can give you that result and follow that one...to completion. Do not let the workout justify you reaching your goals.

comtrass Weight starting to come off again during the 4th week!! I was a little worried there. Increased Protein intake by 100mg which helped.

  • Hey Nick, good info and will do. You have a good point and I think that you have just pointed out what could be contributing more to my weight loss...more liquids!! In taking in the additional Protein, I also started drinking a lot of water which could be playing a bigger part than the Protein. By the way, made a mistake on my Journey stats...this is actually my week 3. For some reason, trying to jump a week:-) Thanks again for the input Nick. Will be working on trying to get my abs in the same condition as yours in the next 9 or so weeks. Cheers, Allen

Remember, with each workout push a little harder so you can blast through any plateaus.
