TheBB hey man, a few months ago you recommended i start PHAT and it has worked great but im just looking for something new as my lifts have stalled a bit. Anything you reccommend for a routine after PHAT? high volume has never been a problem and i would like a routine that hits all bodyparts 2x a week if you know any good ones.
