When I Started:
Jul, 2007
How I Started:
I first started working out on July 12, 2007. I had just got back from Orlando,Fl where I watched the karate U.S. Open. I decided then that I would lose weight and not be a sedentary adult.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the feeling you get. I love the people you meet and I love that it is always changing and no matter how much you know you can always learn more in this sport.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated with help from my family, girlfriend, and friends. I tell myself everyday that anything you want you can have. Its a stepping stone everyday, lose body fat and gain muscle and increase muscle size, it never ends.
This would have been my second year in college I remember starting out the summer 374.5 lbs. I weighed as much as both my friends put together and more.
I would like to be able to lose the rest of my bodyfat.
Goal (Long):
I want to lose the remaining fat I have, around 75 pounds, it would put me at 210,time range next three months, then from there I would like to gain around 15 pounds of muscle. Then I will focus on cutting up all body parts and focus great detail in every part so I can enter some competitions around the end of 2010.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 75 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
12%

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I use a workout log and have workout logs from two years ago. It works great for us trainers so when we have a client we can see where they have been and take them where they want to go.
