Hey Man, I made a serious commitment to eat a lot more, train heavy, take more rest time and I work out with a buddy 3 times a week. I kinda changed everything around and am now making gains.

Hey Stu...it is ALWAYS a pleasure seeing you at the gym. Its not often you meet many BIG bodybuilders that have the "down to earth" attitude that you do. It is refreshing to meet a truly big guy with such an amazing outlook. Thanks for the positive words Stu, maybe one day soon I will seriously think of competing. You lokk awesome as always, and that NO BS !!
