How I diet during contest prep
Posted in Nutrition : Apr 29, 2011 9:39amI must be in the mood to write (which isn't normal) and I have had a few people ask me about diet & leaning out. I'm not an expert by any means but I am an expert on how my body responds to food.
First, I have dietary restrictions due to a stomach disorder and I can't eat most green veggies (broccoli is a big time no no), no beans, and anything that is super high in fiber.
Now that that is out of the way, my contest prep diet is pretty B-O-R-I-N-G. I retain water from grains so unless I am having a high carb day, the only grains I eat are oats

a. Narrow grip pull downs b. Single arm bent over rows
