It depends on what you define as "in shape". I'm not as visually in shape as I was (like in my posted pictures) my cardio endurance has decreased as well, but at the moment I have more muscle mass and greater strength. What specifically do you need help on? I can try and help you out.

actually... I hate the barbell press, I use DB instead, better range of motion and for some reason, it's not as hard on my wrists. Plus, one side of my chest won't possibly be working harder than the other. *laughs* I can't risk a lop-sided chest.

thank you martin, your support really means a lot to me :) I'm slowly but surely getting back on track and I am feeling much better. Hopefully I will have my physique back up and lookin good in no time, then I will post some new pictures (thanks for the advice on how to flex the biceps, will try that for sure next time)

carb cycling has worked really well for me before (I'm just lacking the motivation to do no carb days at the moment, otherwise, I would be doing it right now) I highly recommend it for fat loss

HECK NO I'm not slacking! Now that prom is done, I'm kicking it into full gear :) I even go and workout at 8 o'clock a night when school or something else unavoidable gets in the way. No way I'm missing any workouts. Did legs today too, how did your leg day go? I'm so jealous, your legs are freaking awesome.
