How I Started: my dad took me once with him...I was hooked.
Why I Love It: I enjoy having bigger muscles than most guys at my school.

Well, good work, you look great! I'm training for powerlifting and strongman competitions, so my physique doesn't matter so much, but I try not to get too fat lol.

Ah cool, well glad to hear that. I was wondering why I didn't see you in there after work. HA! man I hate working at that late but nice to see your still dedicated. The hammie is doing good. I max'd out at 425lbx8 reps on squats but only leg curled 120lbs for 6, when it came time for lunges OMG I was feelin it. Did only 2 set 6reps with 40lb dumbbells. Anyway glad all is good. I'll see ya around. :)

Started back up today...had a killer back bi workout. Didn't see ya in there? Now that Prom is over you slacking? LOL! I'm going to attempt legs tomorrow, hopefully the hammies hold strong. It's feeling prett good so it's on now! HA! Talk to you later.
