Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I now have tendonitis in my left elbow and my right knee....falling apart. Time off is the only way to heal....yeah, that's not going to happen.

LoL, unfortuanately yea. I'm still off by a long shot as you can see from my newest progress pics. I need to go into the gym to get my bodyfat re-analyzed. I checked by myself but not sure if I'm at all accurate or not. I still need to put on a lot more muscle before I can hit the stage with you.
