Well yesterday Ends my 12 week program with Kris. It was something im glad I did, I learned a lot about what my body can and can't do, also I learned what food companies do to us. Im glad I took this journey. I started at 225 and yesterday ended at 190. However this isn't the end of the path. I refuse to be overweight again. I love all the knowledge and support I have gotten here. Now off to the gym, stay fit. ChrisÂ
