Friend of Wayne? Solid tightly muscled body. Solid weight gains and all muscle and definition so far.Strong shoulders, good delts and arms, nice chest and wouldn't take much for those abs to pop. Probably don't want to get too big for your height and for motorcross but can certainly see a good 15-20 easy with proper diet and training. Best of luck and keep us posted. Andre
