Goal (Short): to get my weight down to 140-145 then build muscle= get big
Goal (Long): Not only do i plane on losing excess body fat,but i wont to replace it with hard muscle.i like to have a leaner look and be more fit and trim.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 30 lb
