How I Started:
I was tired of being fat and a college athlete. I believe if I am supposed to be considered an athlete, I had better start looking the part. I wonder what level I will compete at when my body is not limiting me.
Why I Love It:
The change. I want to prove I can do it. I love the exercise.
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Do it humbly. Understand your limitations but don't let them hold you back.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I am a complete beginner still. Many mistakes left to make. Hopefully reading will prevent as many as possible. I have some how made it to college level athletics without working out.
I have my motivation and everything back on track. I am lifting consistently and diet is there most of the time. I am still getting fully adjusted to a consistent diet that is clean.
The main reason I am writing this is my experience in the gym. It is almost funny, but...
