get my body fat down to 7-8% by the end of the summer....looking for training buds in nyc.. hit me up if ur from the area
Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to have a six pack and big defined pecs. I want to lower my body fat and grow and shape my pecs more as well as my arms and shoulders. I also want to be in better athletic shape.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Diet is the most important thing you can do. I made the mistake of training a lot both lifting and doing cardio and I saw no results in my body because I was not looking at my diet. Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
Yes
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
NO-Explode. It gives me energy at the gym and very easy to mix beforehand.
so i finally posted some pics for you guys to critique and shit.. as you can see i have seen some improvement since march, but still lots to go... today was a cardio day, i did 45 minutes of intense spinning class at the gym i burned 740 calories.
as far as leaning out, I eat only veggies as carb source, high protein, and moderate heathy fats around 2000 calories. Lift heavy down to 4 reps 6 days a week and 2 days HIT cardio with 2-3 on bike or elliptical. Consistancy in the kitchen is what makes or breaks a lean body.
thanks dawg for the comment. I try to rely on supps as little as possible. What i do use though is just some whey protein, flax oil, and will take a preworkout drink (white flood is my preference) if I have the funds.
oh thats cool dude...cant wait to c ur progress, ive been playin football lately, my teams 1-0 for the first time in like 6 years! We are a 2a school and we beat a 4a school so id say were pretty good...my liftin been good to, i get to lift 4 days a week at school and get a lift in on the weekends at home so i think some progression will be comin soon!
