Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to have a six pack and big defined pecs. I want to lower my body fat and grow and shape my pecs more as well as my arms and shoulders. I also want to be in better athletic shape.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Diet is the most important thing you can do. I made the mistake of training a lot both lifting and doing cardio and I saw no results in my body because I was not looking at my diet. NO-Explode. It gives me energy at the gym and very easy to mix beforehand.
so i finally posted some pics for you guys to critique and shit.. as you can see i have seen some improvement since march, but still lots to go... today was a cardio day, i did 45 minutes of intense spinning class at the gym i burned 740 calories.
Good goal bro- just eat healty, do some cardio, and just take care of your body...Listen to it...Dont push to hard and injure yourself. You have a reachable goal so good luck...
I don't know yet man...i can't decide where i want to go w/ my training. I stopped bulking cuz i didn't like the way i was starting to look, and then when i started to cut i thought i was getting small. Now i'm just eating a lot of protein/good carbs, eating really clean, and starting HIT cardio 3 times a week. Hopefully now i can maintain mass and still lean out some. Hows your training going?
figure 1.5g pf protein per lb of bodyweight...and 1.25 g of carbs per lb of bodyweight...keep fat low during your diet with 8-10 small meals per day..all carbs are to be low glycemic.. do cardio with your heart rate 135-145 bpm for 30 min 5x per week...every 2 wks increase it by 5 min... start 4/1/08 and by 7/1/08 youll be diced!!
