Enhance my strength and stamina for mountaineering and martial arts.
Goal (Long):
Develop reaching and impact strength in my latimus and overall arm. Focus on lifting power, and especially stamina, in my legs. Getting the "weak leg shakes" in a precipitious area is life-threatening situation. Going to near obession training to avoid this situation.
Having initially studied sociology and theology at university (and then volunteering on a limited basis in homeless shelters and abused women's centers) I am truly inspired by Mary Ann Kaczor' obvious ability to balance her duties as a Social Worker, and in keeping herself physically fit and very attractive.
Lilli, You have achieved and maintained a level of physical perfection that few people ever achieve. At age 46, you have the sensuous feminine beauty of gorgeous women athetes in their 20s.
