Ive noticed you weight has gone up 33 lbs in almost 1 1/2 years. Thats amazing bro. I dont see you having any problem bulking, cause you been doing it. Nice job and I wish you well at it. Keep me updated. You rock brother.

Its been a while. I'm doing good Colin. I been trying to bulk up but its a failure. Other then that, im still hanging in there. How have you been doing. I really like your back in the avatar. Good V taper and mad ripps. Good job brother. You keep up the great work.

hey bro ! how are ya ? I am doing good . I am getting back into the4 gym starting today after a long-ish break for health reasons. I am getting back into it hardcore 3-5 days of weights cardio 5 days a week switching between running and swimming. I lost a little ground from recuperating but not to bad . I am still gunning for 8-10% bf andf ripped-ness!
