my cross country camp provides yoga by instruction and i also take a yoga class at the gym

M/ long run (up to 10 miles)
Tu/ yoga: yoga, 30 min run
W/ speed work, hills: 2-3 miles for warm up/cool-down, speed work involving a loop with a hill in the middle
fartleks
circuits (strength workouts+sprints)
intervals
Th/Track-Based conditioning: core work then track for hurdles, pick-ups
30 min cool-down
F/ games, run 50-60 min. total
Sa/ 30 min run on own, cross training
Su/ 1 hr yoga and same as saturday or rest
we also dynamic stretch
