I been work out a lil over 3 weeks now and im starting to gain muscle pretty fast but i've never been able to get my chest toned up, what are some workouts that i can get fast results on toning up the bottom of my chest with?

monday chest tricept
tuesday bicept and back
wed. shoulders and neck
thurs. leg and abs
i got on here and printed off work outs for each muscle
i added the 2 muscle groups for each day and picked out 23 exercises for that one...

Well, thank you Colby. Just keep eating protein shakes and protein bars in between meals and I'm sure you'll hit 2300 calories very easily.

Off and on for about a year. I was a swimmer and ran track in HS. I've always been thin, but my 30's are right around the corner and I decided to get healthy.

Hey Colby! Yeppers, I did tear my ACL Fall '06. I had ACL reconstruction - allograft. I guess I got some 'dead dude's ACL'. Mine now! [roflmao] Muscleatrophy was horrendous - lost 3" on thigh(s). BUT, now they are bigger and better than pre-surgery status. *smile*
