i'm trying, my training is always good, it's just that stupid diet part that i struggle with. But i'm doing well right now. I've been doing 50%protein, 30%carbs, 20%fat; I do 1500 cals on off training days and 1800 on training days....i usually do 5-6 meals a day, trying to have carbs after each of my 2 workouts....it works, it just takes a while to plan everything out! Eatting clean is sooo great, it really helped me with my stomach! Good luck girl!

everything's going really great. My knee is getting stronger and the ROM is almost back! Plus my diet is going pretty well, I told my boyfriend I WILL NOT cheat until valentines day :D Plus training lately has been amazing! Now if only I didn't have to go to class! How about yourself?
