How I Started:
I had always been overweight and I decided to finally do something about it!!!
Why I Love It:
It gives me a satisfaction about myself that. Being able to outdue myself and seeing my body transform is something I basically live for. I love pushing myself to the max and trying new techniques and styles.
I want to lose weight and get my body fat down to 15%.
Goal (Long):
My fiance (CBCUTSHAW) and I are getting married next August (2009) and I want to look drop dead gorgeous. I started at a tight size 14 and I'm comfy in my size 8's right now, but I really want to be comfy in a size 2/4, while still keeping great muscle tone.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 30 lb

P90X is great. It is intense but not confusing. No special equipment needed except for determination. Comes with a Nutrition guide as well. There is info on my personal site link. Picks look great...good luck.
Trust me, I've had many days like that, but it's on the days you least want to work-out, but you go and get it done, that you feel the most reward! Just remind yourself of what it is that will make you happier! Good luck with your goals & I know you can reach 'em! :-)
