Clean up your diet, that's pretty much all you can do.. and once you have that down, do some crunches or leg lifts.

I didn't really do much for labor day weekend. I had to work on Sat so I didn't get to go home like I originally hoped. But I got to spend some time with my bf so we had fun. What'd you do?

It doesn't really fill me up either but I at least know that I got something good in me that will help me build muscle. When I want it to fill me up more I mix it up in a blender with some ice. Maybe that will help ya,

It's actually helped a lot. I have trouble stomaching any other kind of protein shake so Muscle milk helps me get a lot more calories in me.
