What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
i normally take a high protein shake after to fuel muscle maybe eat a small portion of carbs with it

think of the outcome and the feel good factor and the great body i can achieve

Yeah no problem bro! I would just concentrate on the bench press. Maybe try 5 sets of 5. Then you could add dips or incline presses if you wanted more.
