How I Started:
Having been crap at organised sports as a kid, I hit the gym. I've been training in the gym since I was 16, but never built on the progress I've made.
Why I Love It:
Vanity's a big factor for me - I'm not going to lie!
How I Stay Motivated:
I haven't always, hence using Bodyspace now. It's all about not falling for the 'peaks and troughs' problem, where I workout solidly for a couple of months then slack a bit. My biggest weakness has been letting the diet slip... mostly with alcohol.

Goal (Long):
I've kicked myself into a routine of 6-8 meals a day and training 4 days weights and 1-3 days cardio a week. It works. I just have to keep my motivation high enough to eat well when I'm working and at lunches and dinners and train - even if I'm a bit hungover!
