How I Started:
I have been working out since junior high, I always played sports back in school such as football, track, i was on the weightlifting team but i never did any bodybuilding. It was a scheduled workout by a coach designed to make us as strong as possible in bench, squat and powerclean. I had quit lifting for a while after joining the navy and after finally getting back in the gym and having over 1/2 the people in there being bigger and stronger than me I decided it was time to quit playing around!
Why I Love It:
The feeling you get when your in there and people just stop lifting to see if you are actually lifting what they think your lifting, basically the exhileration i get from putting up bigger weights each time i grab some iron.
How I Stay Motivated:
The fact that there are still people bigger and stronger than me, lol.

i am silly. just this traveling is killing me. Hell ive put on 7 lbs just in traveling...sucks but ohh well. at least Im getting home. Then its BALLS TO THE WALLS!!!! thanks for the response. I think once I am out this month, I will focus on it HARDER than ever. Thanks!
