Am tired of being skinny , un heathy , and i just want a better self image. I want more energy and a better way of life.
Why I Love It:
Because when i enter the gym all my bull**** stays at the door, the bills , the girls, the job, and all the other mondaying crap we all go through, its such a stress relief to get in there and let it all hang out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am always trying to improve and this site looks like a place where i can stay motiated, and others can motivate me to do better and push myself, as you can see in my pics am barelly getting started so any info from other members would be greatly appreciated

Could you PM me what your workouts are looking like? 6 days a week going heavy doesn't really allow for enough good recovery time. I might have some ideas for you. For legal test, are you just on HRT?
Sure, just need some more info first. What's your main goal? How long have you been training and what's your current style lifting (heavy/low rep, higher rep volume, etc.). What supplements are you using, or have you liked in the past. Stuff like that.
