I dont count reps. Ive learned to really listen to my body. If it tells me that i can get another rep then i do, and if it says thats enough then i stop.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Ill rest for about 30 to 45secs. or when my breathing has gone to normal. I feel that im doing cardio at the same time when i do that, plus i dont have time to sit around and jaw-jack with someone. What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I would like to get big like Phil Heath or Lee Priest, but i dont see that happening. But i would like to get up there with James "Flex" Lewis. I think he has an awesome look to him.
