Its a big stress relief for me. It keeps me from gettin in trouble and doin stupid stuff.
Why I Love It:
Its my me time. Just me and the weights, and i like to see how far i can push myself each workout.

I read Flex magazines, watch workout videos, and listen to my music. It keeps me jacked and ready to go.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I dont count reps. Ive learned to really listen to my body. If it tells me that i can get another rep then i do, and if it says thats enough then i stop.

Barbell Curl- 2 warm up sets with just the bar. Get a good squeeze in there.
Then go for 5 sets progress in weight for 6-12 reps.

My goal is to acheive a 12% or less bodyfat ratio, i have no desire to get bigger but rather tone up and increase strength, just need a good solid starting point where i can track myself on a good foundation, dont wanna start to deep in the wrong program you know
