boo88ehs Thanks! They are going decent. I cut out caffeine and have felt a lot more energy to make it to the gym. I had a sick week that I took off and then a spring break of all work and school work so that was not too fun. I have started doing 45 min of cardio 3-5 times a week and a stricter 1400 calorie diet...we will see where this gets me in 4 weeks. Once I get used to the diet I will attempt to get some weight lifting in there just a tad. Mar 16, 2012 1:27pm

casmay26 Hi! My recent diet includes Protein Smoothies in the morning. I've been making sure to integrate my college cafeteria into my diet for money reasons. A meal I have everyday, is an omelet. For lunch & dinner, I eat what's there. The school emphasizes healthy foods so I can sort of relax. Sep 2, 2011 1:59am
