How I Started:

Goal (Long):
I lost 134 pounds over the last two years. I look fine with clothes on, but beneath that is a jiggly mess! Unfortunately, during my weight loss I did not train consistently or really reform my diet to the level needed to result in a truly healthy body. I began seriously transforming myself on 9/21/2009. Do you have any type of chronic disease or condition?
Yes
What is it?
I have an immune related arthritis called Akonolysis Spondylitis.
How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
Make my muscles stronger and working out helps tremendously. I've reduced pain meds in the first 3 weeks of my new regimen.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Yesterday was my first day doing the delt/chest portion of my new routine. I swear I woke up with sore armpits this morning. Seriously sore arm pits. That has to be a first lmao.
Thanks for the inspirational vote hun. I truly appreciate it! Question: what is the chronic illness you stated. I've never heard of it before?? Just curious. that's all.
