How I Started:
I've always been athletic, ever since high school. If I wasn't playing a sport, I was around it! I told myself when I have my second child, whom was born in Jan., Ii told myself I am going to pursue this seriously. She's here and I am focused!
Why I Love It:
I love being healthy and looking great...enough said!
How I Stay Motivated:
My passion, drive, determination, children and the thought there may be someone working harder than me, motivates me to crank out that last rep or lift heavier...I determined to be the best I can be!
This was taken last month. I was somewhere between 138-140lbs. I was in the gym everyday. My weight matched what a healthy, average woman my age should be but I'm in compt mode! Its time to step the workouts up a notch.

Goal (Long):
Hit the gym HARD every time I am there. I am so focused especially since others are seeing my progress. Right now, I just want to grace the stage. Being 1st would be nice but just making it is better. My focus and determination WILL get me there!
