I have always been active. I have earned a black belt in karate and had several professional fights in the MMA scene. But my love for weights came the summer I turned 15 and has stayed with me throughout the years.

Do you currently have a workout partner?
Yes
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
It allows me to attempt that last rep, that i would otherwise not do without a partner (ie, bench press). I only train with people that are dedicated and serious with simular goals in mind

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Sometimes, but never that loudly. Only on the last few reps (if they're hard).
