Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Sprained Wrists and shoulder pain. Used rest, ice and Super Cissus. Went back to training with lighter weight and more controlled form
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Ego tends to get in the way. It's not how many plates it's how controlled it's lifted
Do you sometimes use joint health supplements?
Which ones do you use?

Well if you ask me I think its because the Ego tends to get in the way. It's not how many plates it's how controlled it's lifted.
