What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
The people that sit there and wait for you to finish using a certain machine or dumbells.. its annoying!!

Thanks sweetie--I really only train abs 1x a week--for the most part, I just keep my abs drawn in and tight for any exercise and it works them. Good luck with all your goals!
