What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
The people that sit there and wait for you to finish using a certain machine or dumbells.. its annoying!!

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Lately I eat clean 6 days a week.. nothing but oatmeal, chicken and vegetables. Sometimes rice.. but I love my oatmeal. And then on the 7th day I have a cheat day. I dont know if i'll continue a 'cheat day' because right now i'm a furnace.. i burn up everything because i'm so active, i do tons of cardio and plus i'm young. What is your cardio exercise plan?
I do too much cardio.. I do enjoy it though so I don't really care that its affecting me gaining mass. But I love to run! At the gym I switch it up, like I will do the treadmill for 10 min, jump to the elliptical for 15, hit the bike for another 15 or so.. you get the idea.I do too much cardio.. Thanks sweetie--I really only train abs 1x a week--for the most part, I just keep my abs drawn in and tight for any exercise and it works them. Good luck with all your goals!
