Overall Goal: I want to gain a decent amount of muscle, and then go down a bit on the body fat, but in general I want to be fit in order to play sports.

How I Started:
I just walked into the gym one day and lifted a barbell once. Then I was dissappointed cuz my biceps didn't grow at all. So I started working out my biceps more until I overtrained, and then I stopped for a month. During that time I did research on bodybuilding.com and now I have all my workouts planned out and exert myself 100% at every workout.
Why I Love It:
1. It keeps me from being depressed or unhappy
2. It allows me to eat more:)
3. I like the feeling of being able to life more than at the last workout.
4. I'm able to use my ipod.
How I Stay Motivated:
I compete with my little sister (not seriously) and we both try to stay fit.
