A friend wanted to start doing weighs and ask me to do it with him and I thought, why not?
Why I Love It:
I was skinny and I am very pleased to see the changes it caused to my body and life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at people with better bodies and hopping to achieve the same.
BB Accomplishments:
All measurements were taken following the website guidelines (non flexed) otherwise arms are about 16.6".
