Would like to transform my body by losing fat and getting some definiton.
Goal (Long):
I used to be a gym rat going to the gym 6 days a week to lift and do cardio but for the past year I have seriously slacked and just have had zero motivation.
I have two drawbacks. One, I need to work on is eating habits. Being hispanic I eat to many carbs (breads, pasta, rice and fried everything). I hope to be disciplined enough this time around to eat healthier!! I can do it, I think, it will be hard (no more bsing around!) Two, I have arthritis on both of my knees, I guess all those years of basketball and gymnastics took a toll on my knees which hinders my leg workouts and intense cardio.
I need to be able to have my hour glass figure - granted that it will be harder because I am older - but I can do this.

I want to LOSE 30 lb

20%
