update: I got a good workout lastnight 40 pull ups 80 bodyweight squats 50 dips 80 push ups 10 min jump rope 8 50 yard sprints how is that for getting back in there?

I saw a special yesterday morning on obesity in the US and they said that CO was least obese. Almost everyone there is active; bike riding, hiking or something. Is that true where you are or is that something maybe in one localized area?

i understand when you say that you don't have time to get it in. I work two jobs so i completely understand but i am about to cut hours back on one because my body is too important to run down like that

I like what you said about God's temple. I tell people all the time about taking care of the only body God gives them. It is the only one you get so cherish it. just keep doing what you are doing as far feeding the right stuff and keeping it active and it will reward you back

i saw that you want to get cut up. there is a philosophy out there that says " heavy weight gets you big and light weight gets you cut" if that is true for your light weight workouts do body weight exercises; they are more natural and easy on the joints

i see you lost 5 lbs in a month, that is a good pace. Just don't try to lose too nuch at a time. I dont forget the kitchen is the most important process here. Just keep on pushing

i have not been doing my cardio so mine are starting hide again. i do all my exercise outside and i dont belong to a gym and it has been extra cold.....
