i decided to take it outside tonight and get my workout. I did a 250 workout in 20 mins.  pull ups  push ups  dips  & bodywt squats. then i got a 10 min jump rope session with 8 -50 yard sprints. Killer workout for a cool 50 degree night

thanks a lot I am not as concerned with weight loss as I am inches so much yeah it is important but I dropped to notches in my belt so that is what I am happiest about. in the kitchen eating a lot of lean protein and fresh vegatables
