I have been in the gym since I was a teenager.
Why I Love It:
Make me feel great and allows me to push the limits of my body and compete against myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a great workout partner:) I change my workout goals and routines to keep things fresh. I like to see what works for me and thinking of how my program design can be applied to the athletes I train.
